What is Cosmetic Acupuncture?
Microneedling is the insertion of very fine short needles into the skin for the purpose of rejuvenation. During the procedure, needles will go to a depth of 0.25mm to .5mm depending on the patient. Microneedling Aftercare FAQs

Your skin may be red for around 8-12 hours, but aloe vera and following the skincare instructions will help with the redness.

Sweat can irritate the skin, especially on your face. So, no exercise on the day of your appointment.

After your appointment you will want to avoid direct sunlight for 3-4 days, but especially the first 2 days. If you are spending extra time outside during the week after your appointment wear non-irritating sunscreen or a hat.

Wash face with water only today
Apply topical serum provided in your appointment morning/night until you run out
Flaking may occur
You can rehydrate the serum with a splash of water
No other products besides a natural/simple oil, the serum, and water on your face this week, especially the first 3-4 days
You must wait one month before doing another micro-needling treatment
