Sasha Zavyalova, CMT
Sasha (she/her) is a massage therapist who received her certification from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis. She later became a Craniosacral practitioner through the Upledger Institute. She is also a herbalist and swaddler (Pelenalshitsa) doing the Closing of the Bones practice, as well as an ancestral work practitioner and ritualist. She has practiced the healing arts in various forms for over a decade and has been in the bodywork profession for 6 years. She has studied with many teachers and healers after leaving massage school and continues to develop her arts.
In addition to therapeutic bodywork, Sasha practices rebozo massage, as well as prenatal, postpartum, and women's womb-centered bodywork.
Sasha walks the two worlds between soma and psyche, the body and the soul, working deeply with the energy and the body to shift patterns at the root. To seek out the root where it is lost, and to release what holds back health from unfolding in the body, and allow it to flourish.
