COVID-19 Safety Procedures

Your health and safety is important to us.

Here are the steps we are taking to prioritize your safety and the safety of our staff:

We do have a clinic mask policy in effect - we ask that you wear a mask if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, regardless of whether you have tested positive for COVID-19.

Please bring a mask with you to your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. To be effective, masks should fit snugly but comfortably on the face, be secured with ear loops or ties, and cover both the nose and mouth at all times. If you do not have a face mask, a disposable surgical mask will be provided for you when you arrive.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

In addition to the above, these are some other precautions we are taking in our space:

·      HEPA air filters are being used throughout the space.

·      Surface disinfection with medical-grade cleaning products will be done between patients and clients and at the end of the clinic day in all spaces.

·      Our team will stay home and get tested if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, or if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

·      We will be offering some virtual appointments as an option for those who prefer.

Please review the following guidelines for in-person appointments:

·      If you’ve recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you wait 10 days past your first positive test result before coming in.

·      Contact us if you have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 5 days. If you develop symptoms or test positive after contact with someone with COVID-19 we will help you to reschedule your appointment 10 days after positive result, or after you test negative. If you have questions about whether or not you should keep your appointment, please call us prior to your appointment at 612-345-5648.

·      Please bring a face mask to the appointment and be prepared to wear it if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. To be effective, masks should fit snugly but comfortably on the face, be secured with ear loops or ties, and cover both the nose and mouth at all times. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you.

·      Contact us if you have recently developed two or more of the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, headache, loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomit. If you have any of these symptoms, you may need to reschedule your appointment, unless you have had at least one negative COVID-19 test within the last 48 hours.
