Summer Solstice Community Reiki & Acupuncture
Join Reiki practitioner Betsy Ranum, MA, RN, NBC-HWC, and Acupuncturist (and Reiki master!) Ashley Steffensen, LAc, for a Community Reiki + Acupuncture session in honor of the beginning of solar summer in the northern hemisphere: Summer Solstice.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the season of maximum yang, and acupuncture can support harmony in this highly energized time. Reiki promotes mind-body-spirit balance throughout the seasons.
This practice will nourish your nervous system, supporting you to harness the solar energy of the season with balance and groundedness. You will have an opportunity to set an intention, followed by hands-on Reiki (option for hands-off Reiki if requested) and an acupuncture protocol specifically tailored to summertime seasonal well-being.

The olive oil is simple, single-origin, and extra virgin. Handpicked in Palestine, the olives are pressed at a community olive press, and shipped directly here. Za’atar is one of the most popular spice blends in the Middle East. This spice blend has been used for centuries not only as a delicious addition to food but also as an herbal medicine. 🤲
